It would have to be one of these:

JFK, Goodfellas - anything by Scorcese, Shawshank repemption, Saving private ryan.

Shit I can't think of my other favourites, what do you lot think of my choices

By far one of the best films ever.

(Notice how most of the "best's" so far have been movies acclaimed only for special effects? That is pretty sad, considering that the majority of movies goers do not give two shits about the F/X in a movie... before you reply think about adults and teenage girls... My favorite movie is Grave of the Fireflies. I've seen lots of movies in my life and this is the only one to ever make me cry. If you haven't seen it, see it! It's anime, only it's not your stereotypical anime. It's based on a true story and it's REALLY sad. SEE IT
